The concept
One table, twelve guests, an evening out of the ordinary
No à la carte, no separate tables: an evening designed like a dinner among friends, with a chef who cooks and tells the story.
How the evening unfolds
An evening, not a service
- 7:30 pm
Aperitif
Guests arrive, glass in hand, around the large table. Time to meet and discover the place.
- 8:00 pm
Dinner
The six courses follow one another. Before each one, Lali comes to present it: the produce, the inspiration, the emotion she wanted to put into it.
- Through the evening
Pairings
Wines chosen for each dish, or homemade alcohol-free drinks: infusions, juices, ferments. Both can be combined.
- Around 11 pm
The last coffee
The evening ends without haste, often with strangers turned acquaintances.

The place
One large table, a cocoon
A former apartment turned into a dining room. One large suar-wood table, twelve chairs, pendant lamps, wooden slats that soften the sound. Nothing to distract from the plate and the conversation.
The room seats twelve guests at most, which leaves the chef time to cook and to come and meet you.
The cuisine
Free, sensitive, seasonal
Lali’s cooking rests on French gastronomy, its techniques and refinement, crossed with Brazilian and Italian influences. The menu changes roughly every six weeks, following the seasons and the harvests of Pays de Herve producers.
Everything is homemade: bread, alcohol-free drinks, ferments. Allergies and vegetarian diets are catered for on request when booking.

Take your seat among twelve guests.
